Most of my work is thrown on the wheel, with other pieces made using clay slabs. Firing is in an electric kiln to stoneware temperatures, so pieces are strong and durable. I hope my work is enjoyed on a daily basis and imparts a visual and tactile connection found in the handmade — each piece carrying the marks of its making, from the gentle spiral of the wheel to the subtle variations in glaze.
